ABOUT CULINARY ARTS PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Every school boasts to be accredited.
Actually, this is not completely accurate. In fact, there is a big difference between an Accredited School and an Accredited Training Course. Not only Campus Etoile Academy is accredited as a training school, but also the programs of “Become a Chef/Pastry-Chef” courses are (and the program of “Become a Healthy-food Chef” are going to be soon); thus, a “professional degree” is indeed provided to the student, as acknowledge by the law n. 845/78 and valid on a European basis.
So, we suggest you to check if the school you have chosen provide an ordinary certificate or an official professional degree.

This course has been carefully conceived for those who want to take part in a professional program that focuses on healthy cuisine and provides all the tools needed in order to satisfy the growing request of a new kind of restaurant industry more and more oriented toward customers’ diet and wellness. Vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerants or celiac deseases: a complete and top-quality training essential for all kind of need.
Nowadays, the number of customers and restaurants specialized in vegetarian, vegan and intolerant friendly dishes is considerably growing. Not only this innovative course aims to train new Chefs experts in this kind of cuisine but it also suits expert Chefs who want to become a Master in this peculiar field.

Three months at the Campus, with a full set of practical classes that will end with a final exam with the Etoile commission board
