Purpose and Program:
In this course, lessons will simulate a real event realization. During the three days, will be carried out all the basic preparations and plates decorations, creating a magnificent buffet which will be tasted by all the participants and commented with the Chef teacher. In this way, everyone will be able not only to taste the food they prepared but also understand which are the steps to follow in order to create a sumptuous buffet, including what is to be prepared in advance and what needs to be made just few minutes before the buffet opening.
Not only this course is extremely helpful for those who normally prepare banquet or catering, but also for chefs who want to learn something new on some different dishes; in fact, all the dishes prepared during the course would be easily proposed in an original menu.
