THE COURSE IS 100% PRACTICAL WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

During the course, participants will prepare the best traditional and revisited baked cakes.
Step by step, we will start with the basic dough preparation and then focus on decorations and some modern final presentation techniques that will astonish your guests.
Every single step will be accurately explained by a Pastry Chef in order to better understand them and make the participants able to reproduce the various recipes in their home kitchen.
Delicious and easy to make, their versatility makes these cakes suitable for every occasion.
