THE COURSE IS 100% PRACTICAL WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Etoile teachers will focus on how to cook tasteful and easy different pasta dishes, preparing and using exquisite sauces with fish and meat.
The main ingredient of Italian cuisine, “pasta”, is the principal actor of this course and followed by rice and other cereals.
Participants will also learn innovative techniques, simple and elegant at the same time, on how to present a proper Italian primo dish.
