FRESH PASTA

THE COURSE IS 100% PRACTICAL WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

A course entirely based on the creation of homemade pasta.
You will realize several and different-shaped kind of fresh pasta: from the classical eggs dough to the different Italian water-and-flour regional recipes, to “gnocchi” and elaborate special-flour doughs.
Each kind of pasta will be matched with a specific sauce that will be prepared by the participants themselves!
And, at the end of the course, lunch is assured!
