RICE & RISOTTO

THE COURSE IS 100% PRACTICAL WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

A course completely dedicated to the preparation of rice and risottos with meat, fish and vegetables.
Besides classical Italian risottos, the course will also focus on more elaborate recipes, such as rice and cereals fresh salads, cous-cous, bulghur and orzotto.
At the end of the course, there will be a tasting of all the dishes prepared.

A final confirmation will be provided by telephone or e-mail a week before the course.
