Purposes and Program:
This course purpose is to offer new creative ideas on how prepare and serve delicious single-portion appetizers, ideal to serve in any occasion. Particularly, the course will focus on preparation techniques and some rules for an attractive mise-en-place.
The teacher will show how to prepare some modern finger food, nowadays extremely in vogue, especially during parties, happy hours, banquets, wedding etc. A wide range of ingredients will be used, such as meat, fish, vegetable, cereals and so on.
Much important is also the presentation of this products, therefore a part of the lessons will focus on the choreographic aspect with a final presentation of a superlative buffet.
