Courses for International Students
Our courses for becoming a Chef / Pastry-Chef are legally recognized by
the Italian Republic and European Union and they all provide a professional diploma.
For this very reason, the courses must be taught in Italian,
but we offer for all our students an optional 60-hour Italian language course
for improving one’s Italian language skills or for starting learning this lovely language.
As an alternative, we launched a new course designed for International Students
who want to become Chefs expert in Italian Culinary Arts.
This course is taught both in Italian and English.
