THE COURSE IS 100% PRACTICAL WITH A LIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

In pastry-making, chocolate is actually irreplaceable. It is extremely versatile and can be used in an infinite number of different forms, such as pralines, creams, mousses, sauces, glazes, pastes and so on.
This course will focus on some basic procedures, such as how to choose between several qualities accordingly to the different recipes and how to temper, melt and mount the chocolate.
A wonderful world waiting to be explored in order to discover new recipes and learn some tricks of the trade.
